Register a participant

For Shakha, Meghala and Diocese admins.

On the Fest Portal home, tap the fest card under Active Fests.

Tap "Login to register" and sign in with your Shakha, Meghala or Diocese admin login. Then tap "Register now".

Fill in the name, house name, date of birth, gender and phone. The age category is worked out from the date of birth.

Pick up to 2 individual competitions, and any team events. Items whose places are full are locked.

Check everything on Review and tap "Confirm Registration". Keep the registration number shown on the next screen.

When an individual event is picked, a Photo step appears after Events. Tap "Take photo" or "Choose photo".

Drag and zoom to frame the face, then tap "Use photo". It's compressed before upload.

No photo now? Tap "Skip for now" and add it later from My regs → edit.

Change what you need and tap "Save Changes". To delete, tap "Remove Registration" and confirm with "Yes, Delete".

Deleting removes the participant and all their competition entries. It can't be undone.

The sheet opens in a new tab. Choose Print, then "Save as PDF".

On a phone, pick WhatsApp in the share sheet — the image and details are attached. On a computer, the poster downloads and WhatsApp opens with the message typed; attach the image there.
